  • How do I setup content on my site to be served from headly.io

You can either go directly to our api from javascript on your site, or you can use our javascript plugin that uses html data attributes to lookup the content and then replace the content on your page.

  • How does tagging work?

Each piece of content can have many different versions, each version gets given a tag, or a series of tags to describe the difference in content, such as language, or time of day or a particular client that needs different wording.

  • How can I revert a piece of content?

For each piece of content you can view the history of changes that have been made for it, and revert to any of the changes you have previously had. This will add that change onto the list so you can change your mind and revert at any time.

Can I restore a previous version of my content?

If your plan supports it, you can revert to any revision you have made, meaning you are able to make changes without worry or losing your old data.

  • How do refunds work?

Open a refund request with us and we can work with you to resolve it ASAP.

    Is there a bulk-buy discount?

We have corporate and enterprise arrangements that our pricing team can assist with on a case-by-case basis. Contact Us for info.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No! The beauty of our service is that you can cancel anytime you need to — no questions asked, its a monthly rolling contract.

  • Can I edit content without it being published?

Yes, you can manage the state of the content while editing. Only content that has been published will be available through the API, meaning you can edit without affecting your site.

  • Can I preview the content?

We don't support previewing in your page's template, as a headless cms, we don't provide templating, however. For Rich Text content we will pull the stylesheets from your website and display using these styles, so you can see it as it would appear on your site.
